LISA GABRIEL

LISA GABRIEL is the VP of Business Affairs, Postproduction, and Worldwide Distribution/Delivery for MSR Media International, having worked with Producer Philippe Martinez and EP Karinne Behr at their previous companies Saradan Media, Cinepro Pictures, and Bauer Martinez Studios. 

 

Recruited to Bauer Martinez in 2006, Lisa quickly rose to VP of Postproduction and Worldwide Distribution. In 2009, she joined Pangea Media where she led the restoration and organization efforts of over 1,000 film library titles from such prestigious libraries as ThinkFilm, Capital Films, Intermedia, Franchise, Mobius, and Shooting Gallery. 

 

Lisa began her career as an actress in Oregon theaters and relocated to Los Angeles where she worked as an actress and stunt driver for over a decade in such film and television shows as “The Matrix Reloaded,” “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” “West Wing,” “Gilmore Girls” and “Desperate Housewives” to name a few. Turning her sights to production, Lisa served as a production manager on “Spinning into Butter,” “A West Texas Children’s Story,” and the documentary “The Evolution of Stem Cell Research” for Thunder Bay Pictures.

 

In addition to production and distribution, Lisa is an award-winning writer and accomplished author. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communications at CSUN in Los Angeles, Lisa holds degrees in screenwriting, producing, and entertainment business law.
